Traverse through P.E. at Parley’s Park
Parley’s Park received funding from the school’s PTA to build a new climbing wall. The climbing wall is seven feet tall and 20 feet across. The exercise tests students’ arm and leg strength and builds confidence. Nate Brown, Parley’s PE teacher said several authorities had to approve the wall before the plans were finalized. Brown and the students at Parley’s want to thank the PTA. "The kids really love it," he said.
Park City School District contracts for AI gun detection service
Park City School District will pay $546,000 over the next five years for ZeroEyes, a software company that uses artificial intelligence to detect brandished firearms, to monitor 650 cameras in all 12 schools.
