A television host with expertise about how to make a community safer for pedestrians plans a workshop in Park City on Tuesday, Sept. 19.

Mark Fenton plans a daylong session in the city, starting at 8:30 a.m. at Miners Hospital. At 10:15 a.m. Fenton and the group plan a 45-minute walk to the North of Main district, in Prospector.

They will return to Miners Hospital to discuss what they found and to make suggestions.

The public is invited. E-mail Carol Potter, the leader of Mountain Trails Foundation, for more information or to sign up. Her address is carol@mountaintrails.org.
