Originally from Rochester, NY, Toria Barnhart is no stranger to the snow. She joins The Park Record as the county reporter after three years of award-winning coverage on local government, business and economic development, education, public health and features in southern Ohio. A newcomer to the American West, you can probably find Toria hiking with her rescue dog, Poppy, or watching Studio Ghibli movies on the couch with her cat, Bumi.
