A tasty fundraiser at Soldier Hollow

Soldier Hollow’s annual soup-tasting fundraiser will be held on Friday, Nov. 7, at the cross-country ski lodge in Midway. Soup sampling begins at 6 p.m. with six local restaurants serving up their finest soups and bread. Make a $25 donation and keep this year’s mug made by local potter Bruce Larrabee.

Silent and live auctions also will be held with some "tasty" items you won’t want to miss. Auction items include U.S. Ski Team apparel, golf packages, Rossignol skate skis, a four-day lift ticket package for two for Steamboat Resort and much more.

This event is sponsored by AmBank and organized by the Soldier Hollow Legacy Foundation. Proceeds benefit Soldier Hollow youth ski programs. Visit teamsoldierhollow.com for more information or call 435-654-2002.
