Figure Skating Club hosts ice show
The Figure Skating Club of Park City will be presenting The Giving Tree this weekend. This beautiful adaptation of Shel Silverstein’s timeless tale of love, selfishness and selflessness comes to life at the Park City Ice Arena April 29 and 30.
The cast is made up of 85 skaters from the Figure Skating Club of Park City and the Park City Ice Arena Academy. The production has been artistically choreographed by two of the club’s coaches — Stephanie Chace Bass and Kinsley Johnson. The skaters range from 3 to 18 years of age.
This is an event for the whole family to come and enjoy and support local athletes. The production will take place April 29 at 7 p.m. and April 30 at 4 p.m. at the Park City Ice Arena. Tickets can be purchased at the door for $10 each — children 5 and under are free.
