PCMR is reporting 260 inches of snow to date this season, but no new snow in the past 24 hours, no lifts running, no runs open, and nothing groomed. That’s right, even though winter conditions persist in northern Utah, Park City Mountain Resort is closed for the season. The resort is scheduled to begin its summer season on May 24. Go to or call (435) 649-8111 for more information.

Like Park City Mountain Resort, Canyons closed for the season Sunday. In the meantime, there’s the summer season, which officially runs June 14-Sept. 2. For more information on lifts and trails, and a schedule of upcoming events, visit or call (435) 649-1000.
