South Summit back on track following first road victory of the season

South Summit got back on track last Friday, gaining its first road victory of the season against Evanston. The two-touchdown victory moved the Wildcats to even on the year, where they will next head to Ogden Friday. The 3-1 Ogden Tigers will prove a tough test for Wildcats, as they had won their first three games by a combined score of 134-0, before falling to the undefeated Richmond Wildcats.

Utes vanquish Weber State, prepare for UCLA contest Saturday

The Utah Utes defeated the in-state Weber State Wildcats Saturday, remaining undefeated on the season as they closed out nonconference play. The Utes did so once again without star QB Cam Rising, who they’ll hope can return from his ACL tear for their conference opener against UCLA Saturday.
