PCHS Girls’ Lacrosse Fall Ball
Fall Ball for the Park City High School girls’ lacrosse team begins on Sept. 14. Fall Ball is an excellent opportunity to polish your skills and work with coaches and teammates. It will help you stay sharp, improve your lacrosse IQ and stay fit. It is highly encouraged for anyone interested in playing on the Park City High School girls’ lacrosse teams. There will be six sessions: Mondays, Sept. 14, 21 and 28, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., and Sundays, Oct. 4, 11 and 25, from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. The sessions will take place at Dozier Field. PCHS Hockey Team Meeting
The Park City High School hockey team will be holding a mandatory team meeting on Monday, Sept. 14, at 6 p.m. at the high school lecture hall. The meeting, at which new players are welcome, will discuss varsity tryouts, which will be held Sept. 15-17 from 3 to 4 p.m. at the Park City Ice Arena. Dirt Jump Jam
Join Park City Recreation for the ninth annual Dirt Jump Jam, the bike party of the year, to be held on Saturday, Sept. 12, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Park City Dirt Jump Park. Mountain Biking with Basin Recreation
Basin Recreation is offering mountain-bike clinics and group mountain bike rides through September and October. Join a brand new clinic just for newbies. This clinic is offered Sept. 22 at Trailside Bike Park from 12 to 3 p.m. and the cost is $10 per rider. Also, check out group rides offered in September and October. These rides are guided by experienced staff at $20 per session. Rides will include Round Valley, Lost Prospector and the Mid Mountain Trail. Thriller Dance Workshop

Cardio Tennis at the PC MARC
Cardio Tennis combines the best features of tennis with cardiovascular exercise to deliver a full-body aerobic workout. Taught by a tennis professional, Cardio Tennis is held pn Mondays, 6:30 to 7:30 p.m., and Saturdays, 9:30 to 10:30 a.m., at the PC MARC. Players of all levels are welcome to enjoy this dynamic workout that uses the agility ladder, cardio stations, cardio balls and music. The class fee is $26. Pickleball at the PC MARC
PC Tennis invites those interested in racket sports to discover pickleball, the fastest-growing sport in the U.S. Head to the PC MARC for a variety of pickleball programming, including drop-in/social play, tournaments, clinics and drills. The PC MARC is offering a customized Dryland Training program for individuals seeking personal training in a high-energy group setting. The class will be held Sept. 14 to Oct. 28 on Mondays and Wednesdays from 1:30 to 2:30 p.m. Led by two-time Olympian and fitness coach Jillian Vogtli, the program is designed to increase muscular endurance just in time for ski season. Little Dribblers Basketball
Basin Recreation’s Little Dribblers Basketball program starts the week of Oct. 12. Registration is now open and costs $65 per participant. The Park City Soccer Club Session One fall academy registration is open to players 7-10 years old. The academy is designed to complement the fall recreation soccer program, providing a curriculum that is based on fun, dynamic and age-appropriate training sessions to enhance players’ skills. Dog Obedience Classes at the PC MARC

Youth Dirt Jump Camp
PC Recreation’s dirt jump instructors will help children excel in the sport of progressive mountain biking with clinics for all levels of riders held at the Park City Dirt Jump Park. Park City Speed Skating Club
Come join the Park City Speed Skating Club for the new season. PCSSC is a skill-building, fitness-oriented club with an emphasis on fun. Basic skating skills are necessary and all ages are welcome. Practices will take place on Monday evenings from 6:15 to 8 p.m. and are coached by four-time Olympian Catherine Raney-Norman. The first time is free so come take a lap with PCSSC. Zumba Glow Party
For all the Zumba fanatics, this is one of the best events out there. Zumba fitness under blacklight will be offered by Basin Recreation’s fitness instructors at The Fieldhouse on Friday, Sept. 25, at 8 p.m. The cost is $10 per person. Wear white or neon so that you glow.

Rail Trail Closure
The Rail Trail is now closed under the bridge around mile post 153 between Promontory and Wanship. Due to construction in the Silver Creek area, it will remain closed throughout the summer and into the fall. Recreational users can still use most of the trail from Promontory or Wanship toward the bridge, but won’t be able to cross all the way through. The Utah Department of Transportation anticipates completing construction by mid-October, but that depends on weather conditions.
The PC MARC’s lap pool is open for the season and Master Swim is offered Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 12:15 to 1:30 p.m. Come by for a lunch-hour swim. For more info, visit parkcityrecreation.org or call 615-5400.

Indoor Paddleboard Yoga
