Dakota Pacific plan cannot stand

The Dakota Pacific proposal for development in the area previously designated for the Tech Center is unacceptable to the community. The overwhelming negative response is obvious.

The impact on our quality of life and home values would be extremely negative. Traffic is already near gridlock for hours each day and this would only exacerbate the problem. Our infrastructure cannot handle the demands this proposal would create.

The Summit County Council must do everything it can to require Dakota Pacific to develop the project that was envisioned originally or something that would be acceptable to the community, not the plan they keep pushing.

We are hopeful that their actions will be responsible and reflect the wishes of the vast majority of the community. We, along with the rest of the affected community, will be watching their actions on this.
