Planning Commission should approve Prince plan


Concerning the current application for a new home located at 220 King Road (Lot 8), I offer the following:

I am familiar with the history of Lot 2, Treasure Hill Subdivision, Phase 1 upon which the proposed new home is to be constructed and the underlying Master Plan including the other six residential lots on Treasure Hill.

I am familiar with what I believe are the relevant drawings. I believe the architecture is stunning and consistent with contemporary infill in the Historic District.



The plans are impressively functional and, if not compliant, very close. I would like to see the home built.
