The Park City Police Department received a report earlier in April from a pedestrian who was displeased with a driver along a busy road.

The case was logged on Monday, April 8, at 2:03 p.m. The pedestrian told the police they were crossing Kearns Boulevard when a vehicle “did not even slow down.” The driver “accelerated and honked at him,” the police were told. The driver was in a red Mercedes-Benz of an unspecified model.

The Police Department initially logged the case as a citizen complaint rather than a suspected criminal matter.
